Care instructions:
Turn shirts inside out and fold the collar and cuffs inwards to reduce friction on the edges.
For best results, wash no more than five shirts at a time.
Spin at a maximum speed of 600 rpm.
Immediately after washing, hang the shirts on hangers and stretch out the collar, front placket and cuffs.

How to measure yourself
Measure yourself in your underwear, with a soft tape, standing and relaxed. Get someone to help with your back: a measurement taken alone is almost always too tight.
- NeckAround the base of the neck, where the collar sits. Slide one finger between the tape and your skin.
- ChestAt the fullest point, arms by your sides, tape level across your back.
- WaistAt the narrowest point, above the navel, without pulling. Breathe normally.
- HipsAt the fullest point of the hips, feet together.
- Inside legFrom the crotch to the floor, barefoot, or on a pair of trousers that fits you well.
- Foot lengthStanding, heel against a wall, on a sheet of paper. Use your longer foot.
