PRIVACY POLICY – JEREM

The original version of this Privacy Policy is written in French. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict with a translated version, the French version shall prevail.

JEREM attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data and is committed to ensuring its confidentiality, security and processing in compliance with the applicable regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the French Data Protection Act, as amended.

1. SCOPE

This Privacy Policy describes how JEREM collects, uses and protects users’ personal data when they browse the website jerem.com (hereinafter the “Site”), create a customer account, place an order or sign up to the newsletter.

It applies to visitors, customers and prospective customers of the Site.

It does not cover third-party services accessible via links on the Site. JEREM has no control over these services and invites users to consult their respective privacy policies.

  • Payment data: payment methods used (bank details are processed directly by secure payment providers and are not stored by JEREM)

  • Secure payment providers (bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay)
