Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
In France, delivery is free on orders of €50 or more. Below that, it costs €8.49 with Colissimo home delivery or €6 to a Mondial Relay pick-up point. In the other countries we serve, delivery is free on orders of €100 or more; below that, it costs €11.99 with Colissimo International or €6 to a Mondial Relay pick-up point. Chronopost is also available, with the rate shown at checkout.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to mainland France and most European Union countries, as well as Andorra and Monaco. The full list is in our shipping policy.
Can I have my order delivered to a pick-up point?
Yes, with Mondial Relay. You choose your pick-up point after payment.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to request a return. The item must be in the condition in which you received it: unworn, with its labels and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
How do I request a return?
Email us at contact@jerem.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we send you a return label and shipping instructions. Items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted. All the conditions are set out in our returns policy.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank card, PayPal or Apple Pay. Payment takes place on a secure platform: your card details never pass through the Jerem website. Find out more about secure payment.
Sizes and advice
How do I choose my size?
Our size guide gives the measurements for suits, jackets, trousers and shirts. With our mix and match suits, you choose your jacket size and your trouser size separately.
Can I try the clothes on in store?
Yes, Jerem has around twenty stores. You will find their addresses on our stores page.
Customer reviews
How are the reviews on this site collected?
Reviews are collected by Judge.me, an independent service. After a purchase on jerem.com or in one of our stores, we invite the customer by email to review the items they bought. Anyone can also leave a review from a product page. No review is paid for or rewarded.
What does the “Verified” label mean?
Judge.me gives it when the author of the review is identified as a Jerem customer, online or in store. Reviews without this label were left by visitors to the site.
Are all reviews published?
Yes, positive or negative, usually within minutes of being submitted, and they are shown from newest to oldest. The only reviews set aside are those that break the law or are unrelated to the product: insulting or discriminatory remarks, personal data, advertising. The author of a review that is set aside is told why.
Can I edit or delete my review?
Yes, at any time, from your space on Judge.me, or by writing to us at contact@jerem.com.
